Your Data
Your research stays yours. We are building a tool, not a data broker.
What We Store
- Account information (email, name) needed for login.
- Property searches and analysis scenarios you save.
- Notes and assumptions you add to properties.
- Usage data (clicks, page views) to improve the product.
What We Don't Store
- Your bank account login credentials (we use Plaid/Stripe if needed, but never see passwords).
- Your browsing history outside of JasmoFlo.
- Location data not relevant to property search.
Data Portability
We believe you should be able to leave with your work.
Export Capability: We are building export tools to let you download your scenarios as CSV or PDF. (Coming in Beta)
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. We only share data with service providers (like hosting, analytics, and payment processors) necessary to run the application.
